✖️ Upgrade your Calf Raises
👉🏽 This variation of calf raises brings more synergy into ankle range of motion (ROM) by bringing the hamstrings into the equation.
👉🏽 For flexibility purposes we want to find as much length as possible through the hamstrings while achieving as much extension at the ankle as possible.
👉🏽 Find a height where you can feel a lot of stretch through the calves. Knees straight, quads flexed, and maintaining active abdominals.
👉🏽 You can use assistance to allow you to move through as much ROM as possible while maintaining lengthened hamstrings. Over time work towards losings the assistance to tap into a deeper range.
