– 3 sets of 12 reps
– 2 secs up 2 secs down

– Helps with posture throughout the spine
– 3 sets of 30 secs hold
šš½ Seated Hip Flexion with Leg Extension
– Helps with weak and under active hip flexors
– 3 sets of 12 reps each side
šš½ Iād suggest getting the whole office involved in doing these once a day to help mitigate the discomfort and poor posture that comes from sitting for longs hours at a time!
