👉🏽 5 REPS EMOM (10-20mins)
👉🏽 Across Bench Pullover (5 reps)
– Helps to stretch muscles that pull the shoulders forwards
– Good place to start around 12% bodyweight but start as light as you need to
– End goal 25% bodyweight
👉🏽 Superman ISO holds (5 reps – 5 second ISO hold / rep)
– Strengthen extensors and lower traps (trap 3)
– Good place to start is just with bodyweight
– End goal 2.5% body weight each hand
