As we enter a new year, many of us see it as an opportunity to set new health goals for ourselves. When trying to achieve optimal health, it’s important we take into consideration the five pillars of health:

1. The Neuroendocrine system (hormones)
2. Nutrition
3. Fitness/Exercise/Movement
4. Sleep
5. Stress Management

(6. Community)

Focusing intensely on just one pillar while ignoring the others may not get you to pinnacle health, which is why setting realistic goals for efficient strategies to improve ALL these areas can be the best way to improve overall health.
