✖️ Strong Hip Flexors = Faster more Explosive Runner!
👉🏽 The strongest and primary muscles that flex the hips are known as the Psoas and Iliacus muscle, often referred to as Iliopsoas.
👉🏽 The hip flexors play an important role as you run, right after pushing off the ground, the hip flexors act to drive the leg forward and by doing so this allows you to take steps quicker and ultimately improve speed as well.
👉🏽 Hip flexors are the number one muscular size difference between regular humans and elite sprinters!
👉🏽 If you wanna get faster do this exercise 3x a week at the end of your sessions with a goal of 10% BW.
– 3 sets 20 reps
