👉🏽 Our lats are a huge muscle that are responsible for many movements. One of which internally rotates our shoulders.
👉🏽 The banded lat stretch is a great way to lengthen the tissue but if you’ve been doing this and haven’t seen much improvement in shoulder flexion (raising your arm up and behind your head) then give this exercise a try!
👉🏽 These should help loads with shoulder mobility in general and get your more comfortable in the overhead/vertical pressing position.
