✖️ Neck Training – Isometrics

👉🏽 Train your neck like you would any other muscle group! When you neglect it you put yourself at greater risk of injury and concussion in contact sports!

👉🏽 Cervical Flexion Isometric
👉🏽 Cervical Extension Isometric
👉🏽 Cervical Lateral Flexion Isometric

👉🏽 Hold each for 20-30 seconds, ensure neck is always in a neutral position with the chin tucked slightly. Build with the intensity with which you resist the band.
