👉🏽 Mobility – muscles contracting through a wide range of motion
👉🏽 From the ground up our joints work alternatively between being primarily stable and mobile to function. One joint creates stability for the surrounding joints to then perform movement – the more stable a joint the more efficient the surround joints can be with their mobility.
