👉🏽 Our knees are supposed to go over our toes. Think about walking down stairs or a hill, it HAS to happen. We need to train the knees to tolerate this load.

👉🏽 25 reps Standing Wall Calf Raises
👉🏽 2min backward walking
👉🏽 2min backward jogging (provided no pain)
