Intuitive Eating – Tune Up Tuesday

I’ve been getting a lot of queries around intuitive eating. Here is my explanation of it and the principles it follows.

Intuitive eating is a philosophy of eating that promotes a healthy attitude towards food and body image. It’s the opposite of a traditional diet as it doesn’t impose guidelines about what to avoid and what or when to eat. It’s basically an anti-diet approach and lets you be in control of the choices you make around food without guilt.
