👉🏽 The better your work capacity the longer you can maintain a higher intensity (heavier load). This equates to more muscles damage, which equals more adaptations and in turn, more results.
👉🏽 When lactic acid is produced, so is the growth hormone!
👉🏽 This requires roughly 20minute workouts during the week – chasing that lactic acid burn!
👉🏽 TIP: Sled work is a great tool to raise work capacity – as you become stronger your ability to recuperate, perfect form, concentrate and raise volume will increase!
