👉🏽 Old school exercise right here – the wrist roller
👉🏽 When you think about all the exercises we do at the gym, most require our wrists to work isometrically or through wrist flexion. Th opposing muscles, our wrist extensors receive very little direct stimulation.
👉🏽 This exercise places an emphasis on the wrist extensors which tend to be unrestrained.
👉🏽 Instead of reps I’d suggest going for timed sets anywhere from 30-60 seconds.
