Fix Shoulder Pain – Prone T to Y

✖️ Fix Shoulder Pain – Prone T to Y

👉🏽 Often shoulder pain can come from poor shoulder blade movement and a weak posterior.

👉🏽 This exercise works to improve shoulder blade efficiency through scapula retraction (bring together), depression (downward) and upward rotation (up and rotate outwards), as well as strengthening your posterior shoulder muscles to better the alignment of your humorous (upper arm) in your glenohumeral joint (shoulder).
