✖️ Deadlift Technique Simplified into 3 positions…
You want technique #3 of the different set ups I demonstrate.
👉🏽 Technique #1 – counter balance with weight
– Turns into a two part movement because the knees get in the way
– More quad dominant
👉🏽 Technique #2 – hip hinge to the floor
– Places way more emphasis on the hamstrings and lower back
– Could be intentional but not what we’d label a conventional Deadlift set up
👉🏽 Technique #3 – SWEET SPOT! 🔥
– Just a matter of standing up
– Most efficient!
