✖️ Changing the Strength Curve
👉🏽 The strength curve shows the difficulty of an exercise throughout the range of motion – the easy parts vs the hard parts in the movement. For example: the initial lift of a deadlift vs standing completely upright at the top?
👉🏽 Here I show you the same exercise with 3 different set ups. Each are different in where it is most difficult during the movement, therefore promoting strength throughout the entire range of elbow flexion (bicep curls).
