✖️ Change up your Hamstring training!
👉🏽 We have 3 muscles that make up the hamstring. In changing the orientation of our leg within our pelvis, we can change which of the hamstrings is used more.
👉🏽 This applies to hip hinge movements, and also leg curl (knee flexion) machines. Note: medial hamstring often much weaker.
👉🏽 Give it a try! Feels strange at first, particularly when toes are inwards, but you definitely begin to differentiate your hamstrings.
