✖️ Bent Over Row Technique
👉🏽 This video is for those seeking hypertrophy, NOT sport performance
👉🏽 Cues to think about:
– Shoulder down from the ear
– Initiate with scapula retraction (shoulder blade moves into your midline)
– Think of the row as a pendulum action from the shoulder
– Limit amount of elbow bend throughout the movement
– Row to the hip not to the armpit
👉🏽 As fatigue sets in, limit range in order to keep tension on the lats! This will take you to true muscular fatigue.
