✖️ Tweak your form slightly with your flys! TRY THIS…..
👉🏽 Imagine you are drawing more of a Y shape than a T shape at the bottom of the rep.
👉🏽 This will enhance the stretch because you’re following the line in which the pec fibres run!
👉🏽 Unroll your arms (pinky’s face the floor) as you creep into the Y shape, this will make for an even greater stretch!
👉🏽 Use a slow tempo on the eccentric to ensure you’re reaching the peak of the stretch with which you can control.
